 hi i think that numbers up volcanic panic is a really cool game
NSGHS Selective School The program was very good but it was advertised as suitable for ages up to 15.
Unfortunately the questions would be too easy for my year 7 (12-13 years) class.
The aim was to have my students access the program, as i have a lap top class, so that at the conclusion of a lesson they could still be doing mathematics but in a fun way.

 I\'ve used this program occassionally, mainly for graphing in 2D. I find it fairly easy to use and the graphs are nice. I hope the upcoming lite version is not too crippled as I can\'t afford to pay for a license. There are other free alternatives suitable for my purposes, but I would prefer to continue using this program since I\'m now familiar with its interface.
 Good Program Found it very useful and easy to use which is just what is required when there is only an occassional need to use the mathematical functions.
Simple graphing I used this program to plot very simple data for a chemistry lab. The data was extremely easy to enter in and the graphs easy to manipulate. This is my only experience with the program, but it was helpful.

 Speed Math 3.0 not speedy Speed Math 3.0 has two major flaws. First, the interface is frustrating. You have to use a mouse to get your cursor to the answer space each time. Then "enter" doesn't work. You have to tab or use the mouse again to enter the solution to the problem. This is not how most games like this work and it certainly is not "speedy". The cursor should automatically start in the answer space and "enter" should apply the solution.Secondly, where is the "speed"? Moving a car along once you've answered a question doesn't imply speed. I would use a product like ...
